David Ono is a Japanese-American journalist and award-winning filmmaker, best known as the co-anchor of ABC7 Eyewitness News at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. He has been with ABC7 since 1996, covering major global events such as Hurricane Katrina, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the 2011 Japan tsunami, and the Boston Marathon bombing.
