​Ed Laskos is a journalist with over 40 years of experience in television reporting. Since joining FOX 11 Los Angeles in 2000, he has served as a reporter and fill-in anchor for the 5 and 10 o’clock news broadcasts. Throughout his career, Laskos has received multiple Emmy Awards, numerous Emmy nominations, and several Golden Mike Awards from the Los Angeles Press Club. He is known for his distinctive catchphrases, such as “cuff’em and stuff’em” when referring to arrests. His extensive reporting includes live coverage of significant events like the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and the funeral of President Ronald Reagan in Washington.
