Michelle Merker

Michelle Merker is famous for her work as a news anchor and public affairs director at KDOC-TV in Los Angeles during the late 1980s and early 1990s. She co-anchored NewsWatch 56, KDOC’s primetime newscast, which debuted in 1988 and later evolved into Orange County NewsWatch. Following her time at KDOC, Merker transitioned into various roles within Southern California media. She served as a news reporter for Clear Channel Radio/Total Traffic Los Angeles and contributed as a writer and producer to KOCE-TV’s Real Orange news program.
