Ross Becker is a veteran L.A. television journalist and news anchor with a long career in broadcast journalism. He’s known for his work in various major media markets, especially Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

He began his career in the 1970s and gained prominence through work with KTNV-TV (ABC affiliate in Las Vegas) and KCBS-TV in Los Angeles.

One of Becker’s most widely known moments came in 1994 when he conducted a controversial exclusive interview with O.J. Simpson following the infamous murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. The interview received national attention, as it was one of Simpson’s few public statements during that time.

He has worked at stations including KTTV (FOX 11 Los Angeles), KNBC (NBC Los Angeles), and KTVX (ABC Salt Lake City), among others.

Becker is a multiple Emmy Award winner and has been recognized for both investigative journalism and breaking news coverage.

In more recent years, Becker served in news management roles and consulting. He was also a partner in a media production company, SMARTTV, and at one point ran his own independent media venture.
