Ted Chen is an Emmy Award-winning journalist who has been a general assignment reporter for NBC4 (KNBC) in Los Angeles since 1995. He appears on the NBC4 News at 11 a.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. (top-bios.com)

He has covered a wide range of major news stories, including the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he reported on Team USA’s achievements and China’s economic transformation.
